1.Q:Are you trading company or manufacturer
A: We are chemical manufacturer supplier in China. So we can provide wholesale price.
2.Q:How to start orders or make payments
A:You can send our your Purchase order(if your company has), or just send a simple confirmation by email, and we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for your confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly. for payment can also be by western union ,money gram ,bitcoin ,that is very easy.
3. Q:What's your payment terms
A: T/T or L/C, D/P,D/A,WU,MG.
4.Q:What's your delivery time
A: Usually we will arrange the shipment in 7 -15 days.
5.Q: How about the packing
A: Usually we provide the packing as 25 kg / bag or carton. Of course, if you have special requirements on them, we will according to you.
6.Q: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders
A:You can get free samples for some products,you only need to pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to us and take the samples. You can send us your product specifications and requests,we will manufacture the products according to your requests.
7.Q: What's your MOQ
A:For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1g and generally starts from 10gs. For other low price product, our MOQ starts from 10g and 1kg.
8.Q: Is there a discount
A: Yes, for larger quantity, we always support with better price.
9.Q:How do you treat quality complaint
First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.

11.Q:what is the shipping way
A: for small order ,we ship by air express ,like Fedex, TNT,DHL,EMS ,
for large order ,we can send by air to the air port and send by sea to the sea port.
12. Q:What documents you provide
A: Usually, we provide Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA , Health certificate and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.
13. Q:How about the validity of the products
A: According to the products you ordered.
14. Q: Is it OK to print my logo on package
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
